We needed a standalone scanner that will be able to scan at higher dpi's. We enquired in some shops and they recommended some All In One printers, Which did not match our specifications. We had earlier worked with fixit, we assumed they only specialised in servicing. We just sent them our specification and asked if they can find a supplier. They understood our needs, and most importantly did not try to convince us into buying a Printer with scanning function. They did their research and found a direct Canon dealer and sourced the product at a price cheaper than online. (Since the scanner had glass surface, we were hesitant to order online). Samuel from fixit delivered it himself. Very satisfied with the service and prompt communication, which seems lacking in many other service shops. We highly recommend Fixit ~ Ximax

My motherboard was beyond repairable, so I went to ask for a second opinion, Samuel bro explained everything clearly, it'd be clear even for a non-technical person. Also when going again for my dad's speaker and battery replacement, I couldn't get any updates on time. I know it was the Christmas season so I wouldn't blame him for that. But my dad had urgent work so he went to another service centre where they responded and acted on the issue as quickly as possible. I'd asked so many questions technically, he answered everything patiently, so I recommend Fixit for any computer solutions. I was having major issues with my old laptop, which had accumulated a lot of dust over time. This dust had been blocking the heatsink, causing the laptop to heat up to dangerously high temperatures. It was affecting the overall performance, and I was worried it might cause permanent damage. Thankfully, I took it to Fixit, and they did an incredible job! They carefully got rid of all the dust and applied fresh thermal paste to ensure everything ran smoothly. Now, the laptop's performance is really good, and it's running much cooler. Our Desktop PC dint turn on. So we called fixit for enquiring details. They were so nice, that they picked up the PC from our place.He gave an initial evaluation on site, then explained me the further course of action that he was going to take. He then took the PC, and kept me informed at every step of the process. After fixing the power issue he took time to completely rewire the components for better ventilation. I was totally surprised by the cable management that he had achieved, with the not so spacious cabinet that we gave him. He fixed the shaky harddisk and mounted the SSD in a better position, changed cmos battery and cleaned even the exteriors of the cabinet. The attention to detail was industry standard. And finally he gave me some ideas on how the performance can be improved for specific applications that we run on a daily basis. I had been facing serious heating issues with my Acer Nitro 5 for over a year, and eventually, it completely stopped working—no charging, no boot-up, nothing. The only service centre i recommend in pondicherry, almost tried all the service centres to fix my acer predator laptop motherboard and all the service centre asked me to replace the motherboard which costs around 50k , here the job is done with 2k , the service guy Mr.Samuel was also very kind and friendly and extremely knowledgeable in hardware and motherboard services. ~ Bharath B
